Ranger Boen: Our new Head of Mammals-Team Leader.

Warm congratulations to Ranger Boen who has just been confirmed as our new Head of Mammals-Team Leader.

Boen has been with us as a general ranger for about a year and a half– you may even have seen him feeding our big crocs!

But his first love is mammals—he worked with koalas at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary before coming here. After our previous head of mammals resigned, Boen stepped up and is doing an amazing job. He will now be in charge of the welfare of all our furry friends, making sure they receive the highest standard of care.

We’re all proud of him. Good on ya, Boen!
