There’s plenty of free parking available at the entrance and in the overflow area just across the road. The overflow area can accommodate campervans and caravans.
Available at reception and also at the Photo Booth for your souvenir photo. We also accept cash and major credit cards (1.2- 2% surcharge depending on card)
Our Gift Shop is stocked with a wide range of souvenirs of your visit and gifts for the folks back home. We also sell disposable cameras and batteries.
Blinky Bill’s Café, open from 10 am till 1:30 pm, offers freshly made light meals, Devonshire tea and coffee featuring homemade scones, cold drinks and yummy desserts. Try a Billabong Burger, a veggie wrap or a delectable sandwich plate. Gluten-free options and cakes are available. The kitchen closes at 1:30 for hot food but sandwiches, ice creams and drinks are available right up till closing time.
During times of low visitor numbers, we don’t turn the fryers on during the week (sorry– no hot chips) but burgers,our delicious omemade lasagna, wraps and other light meals are still available. For a typical weekday menu, click HERE.

You’re also welcome to bring in an Esky with a picnic lunch, or to grill your own meal on our free gas barbecues. There’s plenty of seating on our verandah, in Jolly Jumbuck (covered seating area), Coolabah (shady picnic area by the billabong) and around the pool.
Relax in the shade or take a dip in our resort-style pool, open every day till 1:45pm
Umbrellas, strollers and high chairs are available free of charge at Reception. Main show areas are wheelchair-accessible.
Showers, biosystem toilets. A baby change table is located in both the women’s and men’s shower stalls.
Free WiFi is available in the tourist information centre, around the main show area and photo hut. Just check with our cheerful reception staff for details.
All permanent staff regularly receive up-to-date first aid training.
WHAT TO BRING:
There’s plenty of shade throughout the park, but keep in mind that we are in the tropics. Please be sun-smart:
- Bring a hat, sunscreen and water bottle. (Also available for sale in the Shop.) And don’t forget:
- Togs and a towel if you’d like a dip in our sparkling pool.
- Your own camera for those once-in-a-lifetime photo opportunities. Of course you can also purchase souvenir photos while you hold a koala, wombat, python or crocodile.
