$200 - The audio visual equipment is controlled by a wireless touch panel that is easy to use. Billabong staffs are on hand to ensure your day runs smoothly.
We provide the following equipment:
- Projector
- Projector screen
- Lectern
- DVD/VCR
- Wireless microphones
Water, mints and flip chart are included with the room.
Evening Venue Hire

At Billabong we can cater for any event. With the breathtaking billabong as a backdrop the room can be set up in several different configurations according to your requirements.
