$200 - The audio visual equipment is controlled by a wireless touch panel that is easy to use. Billabong staff are on hand to ensure that your day runs smoothly.
We provide the following equipment:
- Projector
- Projector screen
- Lectern
- DVD/VCR
- Wireless microphones
Tea, coffee and water are provided with the room.
Evening Venue Hire
(Monday- Sunday) $700.00
This fee includes audio visual equipment and wildlife interaction
Melaleuca Room Setup
At Billabong Sanctuary we can cater for any event. The room can be set up in a number of different configurations according to your requirements.
For example, for your business meetings or presentations a classroom-style arrangement seats about 54 participants, or we can set up rows of theatre seating for up to 100 people.
For social functions we’re pretty flexible. We can set tables for an elegant formal banquet, or cater for cocktail parties of 300 people or more. Contact us to discuss your particular needs.
